Monthly rate
$145 per night |
Urban Cottage has a minimum stay of 30 nights.
This rate is for 2 people only staying in the cottage.
There is an additional charge of $10 per night for each extra person. The cottage can sleep a maximum of 4 people per night.
The cottage will be serviced once a week.
Rates are charged in NZ dollars.
Rates are inclusive of GST and are subject to change.
Discounted rates are available for stays longer than three months, please enquire. |
Stay conditions
Urban Cottage has a minimum stay of 30 nights.
A bond equivalent to 2 weeks rent is required for all stays at Urban Cottage.
Check in time – 3pm
Check out time – 10am
Payment Policy
Once we have confirmed the dates of your stay we will contact you to arrange payment of your deposit. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
On the first day of your stay the deposit will be transferred and held as a bond for the duration of your stay. This bond will then be returned to you at the end of your stay subject to there being no unreasonable damage incurred during your time in Urban Cottage.

Damage incurred during stay
We do not permit smoking and or pets at Urban Cottage.
Any unreasonable damage to the property and contents of Urban Cottage that cannot be covered by your bond will need to be reimbursed.
Urban Cottage is situated close to other residential homes. Out of
respect for our neighbours there are to be no parties, excessive noise
or large gatherings.
